For four years, I owned and ran a B2B medical-supply trading business — handling procurement across 10+ local and overseas suppliers, 100+ quotations, invoicing, logistics, and client support, with around 90% on-time delivery within agreed 30–90 day lead times. Before that, I spent 12 years providing customer and technical support for Australian, US, and New Zealand accounts, handling roughly 50 interactions a day across email, chat, and phone.Today, I focus on remote operations and customer support. I like organising information, documenting processes, keeping accurate records, and building systems that make day-to-day work easier.
